In this role, the Coordinator provides program implementation support for Trust Fund funding opportunities, including the State Housing Accountability Program and others.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities1-3 years of experience in housing policy or programs OR1-3 years of experience in client or constituent services OR1-3 years of experience in project managementStrong work ethic and sense of ownershipDemonstrated initiative and willingness to try new thingsAttention to detail and sharp critical thinking skillsExceptional ability to communicate, including written, verbal, and presentation formatProgram developmentProvide annual reporting on program performance and outcomesProvide recommendations for programs to leadershipDraft and/or maintain all program documents and guidelinesSupport Director in preparation for communication with the CommissionPrepare and deliver updates to external partners in an electronic newsletter or other formatOther duties as assignedProgram operationsPlan and host training for providersDevelop and provide guidance to providers on reimbursement processesReview and approve reimbursementsCoordinate with internal financial/accounting partners to ensure timely payments to providersDevelop and oversee program funding announcements, in coordination with the Director and other agency stakeholdersPlan and host funding opportunity workshops for applicantsMonitor and respond to program email inboxesServe as point of contact for program operations to providers, applicants, and award recipientsOther duties as assignedProgram monitoring and evaluationConduct site-visits for all providersEnsure provider compliance with program guidelines, including Georgia statutesReview and analyze program data, provide regular performance reports to internal stakeholdersMonitor all providers and award recipients for compliance with award agreementsMaintain program budgets and accounting, including tracking all program award recipient disbursement requests and budget statusesOther duties as assignedWORKING CONDITIONS (TRAVEL,HOURS,ENVIRONMENT)This position is currently designated as a hybrid (part in-office and part remote/Telework) position. This position is full time (40 hours per week) and may require occasional overtime.
