This role is essential in ensuring smooth IT operations, maintaining system efficiency, and providing technical support to staff across various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issuesInstall, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely and efficient mannerMonitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followedAssist in setting up user accounts, passwords, and permissionsMaintain inventory of IT equipment, ensuring proper allocation and trackingSupport data backup processes and recovery operationsCoordinate with external vendors for repairs and service requirementsProvide training and guidance to staff on basic IT procedures and security practicesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a logistics or corporate environmentStrong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and office productivity toolsFamiliarity with cybersecurity practices and data protection measuresExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills with a customer-service approachAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficientlyAt Trustbend Packers & Movers, we recognize the importance of technology in delivering reliable logistics solutions.
