Role Type: Trustee Application deadline: Sunday, November 30, 2025 - 00:00 Salary: £ Role description: Board Member Key Enterprises (registered charity 1011012) is seeking suitably skilled and experienced people to join its Board of Trustees. As a Trustee you will be part of a group that make the major decisions affecting a charity that supports people with mental health needs, learning disabilities and acquired brain injuries. You will be responsible, alongside the CEO, for setting out the strategic direction of the charity and must be confident that it is well managed and meeting its objectives. You will also have responsibility to ensure Key Enterprises is financially secure and complies with all relevant legislation. We are particularly keen to appoint people who have qualifications, skills or experience in the following areas Public policySpecial Educational NeesCorporate GovernanceDay Services Local voluntary and community sector Local government and statutory bodies Mental health, learning disabilities/difficulties, acquired brain injuries Human ResourcesVolunteering HousingAdvocacyFundraising and income developmentSocial impact and outcomes If you have any of the above attributes and can commit to meeting in person 4 times per year, then we would love to hear from you.
