Trustpoint. One is pleased to be partnering with a New York City litigation boutique in their search for 2 temporary Scheduling Coordinators. This is a fully remote position for candidates located in the US with the ability to work a schedule in Eastern time. Position Overview: Perform data validation, complex calendaring, scheduling and data entry in Excel, as well as a calendaring app. Coordinate attorney schedules for meeting requests, assist attorneys and staff with other support initiatives and administrative duties. Interact with claimants by phone and email. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required for employment consideration.
Previous law firm experience is preferred, though not required. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Strong technology skills and the ability to multitask.
