Buyer

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join their growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and materials to meet the company’s operational requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage the procurement of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery speed. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors. Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and finance to ensure alignment with purchasing needs. Monitor inventory levels and place orders to avoid shortages or overstock situations.

Track supplier performance and address any issues related to quality or delivery. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a buying or procurement role. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
