Our client is looking for a smart and energetic HR Associate to be a part of the HR department. You will be primarily responsible for actively assisting in the entire recruitment process and in assisting existing employees with any of their queries. Key Responsibilities :
Contacting and communicating with potential candidatesReviewing candidate resumes and other important detailsCommunicating with candidate references to verify candidate detailsCreating, maintaining, and updating potential candidates and employee recordsDrafting and sending employee contractsGuiding the candidates in completing all the necessary recruiting formalitiesCollecting and maintaining all candidate and employee documentsEnsuring that the candidates are informed about the employee benefits and any other detailsAddressing employee queries in a timely and professional mannerMaintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive informationConducting training and recreational programs for the employeesAbiding to the legal requirements at all timesCoordinating day-to-day activities with the HR ManagerRequirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field2+ years of work experience as an HR Associate, HR Coordinator, HR Consultant, or a similar role in the Human Resources departmentComplete understanding of the human resources best practices and legal guidelinesFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood time management and organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHaving an eye for detailAbility to work independently and collaborativelyHighly motivated and reliable individualDisplaying a welcoming personalityWe are fully GDPR compliant and take your privacy seriously.
