In this role, you will be the frontline representative for our company, directly engaging with customers and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional serviceJob: Full timePay Range: $18. 50 - $28. 00 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Provide accurate information about products and services offered by the company. Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Document customer interactions and feedback in our service management system. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and experiences. Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for resolving issues. Proficient in using computers and customer management software. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
