Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. is looking for TSM - SEAP Dealer NetworkJob Description / ResponsibilityResponsible for marketing and sales of Switch, Socket, LED Light and Accessories in respective territory.Create new dealers and ensure smooth distribution in each & every dealer point to minimize the waste of time & expenses of the company.Responsible for achieving individual`s monthly/annual sales target.Develop sales plans and budgets to achieve the monthly/annual sales targets.Plan & ensure high product visibility in the market and minimize the market gap.Day-to-day monitoring of sales & collection achievement to achieve monthly target.Motivate & train the sales personnel to achieve the goal of the organization.Manage the sales personnel professionally and be responsible for the sales team`s activities.Plan periodic visits to the dealers and retailers to develop new dealers & increase sales targets.Arranging market development programs to boost relations and sales.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsSkills Required: Dealer Management, Retail Sales, Motorbike DrivingExperience RequirementsAt least 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)Additional RequirementsMinimum 3 years of working experience in the field of LED Light, Switch, Socket, and accessories sales.Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh & travel frequently.Physically fit, energetic and able to work under pressure.Smart and having a decent personality.Problem-solving aptitude.Strong team building and leadership skills.Excellent sales and negotiation skills.Well-spoken quality.Good computer operating skills.Able to take on challenges.Job LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
