Responsibility: •Build the team from the ground up. The team shall employ agile/start-up way of work•Cultivate right mindset to the team – innovation, open-mindedness, strategic thinking, result oriented, etc. •Monitor and track the team to ensure project deliveries on timely basis •Mentor and guide team in optimizing their project management skills as well as drive quality improvement•Explore potential partners to enhance project efficiency and success People Management•Establish measurable KPIs and OKRs that to achieve project objectives•Communicate the roadmap effectively to provide a clear and actionable guide for achieving project success.
•Coach the team, assign challenging tasks, and recommend relevant training for enhanced performance. Qualification: •Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. •A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in new business development roles. •Proven track record of successfully leading and growing business development teams. •In-depth industry knowledge with a focus on market trends and competitive analysis. •Strong strategic thinking skills to align business development initiatives with overall corporate objectives. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. •Results-oriented mindset with a history of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
•Innovative and adaptable, with a keen ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities. •Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English.
