Strategic Financial Planning & LeadershipDrive long-term financial strategies aligned with business growthLead financial modeling and investment analysisProvide financial insights to C-level stakeholders Capital Management & FundraisingOversee capital allocation, debt structuring, and fundraising initiativesManage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutionsNegotiate and structure financing agreements Budgeting, Forecasting & ReportingLead budgeting and forecasting exercisesDeliver timely and accurate financial reports and dashboardsMonitor financial KPIs and recommend performance improvements Risk Management & ComplianceEnsure compliance with tax laws, regulatory standards, and internal controlsLead internal and external auditsImplement effective risk management frameworks Investor RelationsServe as a key liaison with investors and stakeholdersDevelop investor presentations and financial communicationsBuild transparency and trust through consistent engagementQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related fieldProfessional qualification (e. g. , CPA, ACCA); MBA is an added advantageMinimum 15 years of experience in corporate finance with at least 5 years in a leadership roleStrong background in real estate, construction, or property development is highly preferredDeep knowledge of MFRS, taxation, and financial complianceStrong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
