About The RoleWe are seeking a highly adaptable, resourceful, and service-oriented Executive Assistant to join our close-knit team supporting the CEO of Turing. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals aspiring to enter the executive support domain while gaining exposure to high-level operations within a fast-paced startup environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO’s Senior Executive Assistant, receiving ongoing training and guidance, especially during the initial months. The role involves managing complex scheduling across multiple time zones, coordinating travel and logistics, and supporting both professional and personal tasks for the CEO. This position requires a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and calmness. The role is onsite in the Palo Alto / Menlo Park area, with flexibility outside of standard working hours to accommodate the dynamic needs of the executive team.
