join experts around the world who are at the leading edge of our industry, shaping the standards of our profession Key ObjectivesCreates the Turnaround Bookies Board ensuring that it contains a complete collection of potential scope for the event Interface with internal/external stakeholders to help define condition of work for proposed scope and identify which scopes are mandatory and which are considered discretionary.

Interface with internal/external stakeholders to define scope requirements such as long lead materials and MOC’s requirementsInterface with the site operations team to ensure that all Turnaround dependent scope of work impacting operations has been captured, and included in the detailed in the work scope listLead the long lead materials meetings ensuring that all long lead materials are identified, ordered, and monitored by the respective SPA’s Lead the Rumaila Scope Optimization Process to ensure that all proposed Turnaround Scope is assessed and that only the agreed scope will be presented for scope freeze.

Develop the DSP capturing the cross functionally agreed scope for Turnaround Scope Freeze Ensure that all proposed turnaround scopes have an identified and agreed SPA. Input to lessons learnedCarry out site surveys in support of scope optimization and scope validation Identify and deconflict SIMOPS with proposed scopes Ensure turnaround readiness in line with the ROO Turnaround Procedure Report against planQualificationsWhat makes you remarkable? Expected15+ years’ experience in Petrochemical or Oil and Gas maintenance & engineering environment. 5+ years’ experience in a TAR environment. HNC qualification or higher in relevant technical discipline with strong understanding of engineering fundamentals. Good knowledge of asset management system (CMMS)Work to the highest personal & professional standards to achieve or exceed set objectives.

Demonstrate a positive attitude and embrace clients’ charter values. Foster good relationships and team working ethic with contractor groups to promote safe working practices and efficiency. Experience of working in an integrated team from diverse locations required. Experience of Safe Systems of Work.
