We are seeking a Tool Room Attendant for a position in Pass Christian, MS. The Tool Room Attendant receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products. Non-exempt role; Reports to the Foreman; Assigned duties according to specific procedures / work is checked frequently.

No per diem available Essential QualificationsHigh school or equivalentPreferably one (1) to three (3) years of experience in specified skillBasic knowledge of hand tools and basic safety equipmentKnowledge of Turner Industries color codes for power tools, rigging, and safety equipmentPost offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband PolicyComply with company and client job site safety requirementsMust not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplaceFunctional RequirementsRead and sign off on JSA prior to starting shift, Stores, removes, loads, and unloads all types of materials and tools from storage bins, pallets and vehicles that cannot be handled by material handling devices; operates manual or mechanical devices and stocks inventory shelves; assorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, or color; fills requisitions for materials, tools, or stock items; records material items received or distributed; may maintain inventory records; performs routine housekeeping tasks to maintain clean and safe work area; maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times; perform additional assignments per supervisor's directionCompensationFinal agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
