Job DescriptionWeekly and Daily ReportingWeekly site reporting on planned deliveries.

Attending daily site stand-up meetings to provide Supply Chain updates. Materials ManagementTracking materials shipment, including out-of-hours communication with drivers and logistics. Raising and managing Quality tickets for concerns. Coordinating and verifying inventory cycle counts with the Contractor. Overseeing storage and movement of materials on-site, including site walks and follow-ups. Tracking materials received against concessions/deviations to the original Purchase Order (PO). Managing material quarantine areas. Ensuring the Contractor follows inventory management processes. Assisting with peripheral workpack and missing components delivery and inventory management. Coordinating material transfer to/from off-site storage as needed. Supporting demobilization of materials after build completion.

Assisting with Supply Chain Change Request (CR) impact assessments. Tracking material consumption on-site to identify potential supply risks. Equipment and Installation LogisticsCoordinating the Receiving Inspection (RI) of automation system components. Ensuring safe and proper storage of equipment on-site. Managing logistics for the movement and installation of materials and machinery. Verifying contractors follow the approved installation sequence. Safety ComplianceActing as a key point of contact for implementing safety policies and procedures. Sharing safety standards and best practices with contractors and site personnel. Monitoring compliance with safety guidelines for equipment handling and installation.

Site Operations and CoordinationReporting to the Principal Installation Manager for smooth coordination of daily activities. Working with suppliers, contractors, and the Grid Manager to address logistical and installation challenges. Supporting site-wide planning efforts to align installation progress with project milestones. Advisory and SupportProviding guidance on safe installation and materials handling. Assisting in resolving logistical bottlenecks. QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in logistics management or a related field. At least 10 years of work experience in a warehouse environment, with managerial or supervisory experience required.

Proficient in using information management systems. Skilled in handling large data sets with great attention to detail. Ability to navigate technical drawing packages. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in both Korean and EnglishSkilled in using Google Software Suite and MS Office.
