He is a keyperson of the project team, working in close collaboration with a wide range of project members: project leaders, core projectteam, planning, installation, quality, engineering teams and with customers. In this position, you will report hierarchically to the EPC project director in Tel Aviv and functionally to the Turnkey platform VTA director in France.What are my responsibilities? Lead and coordinate all activities related to the Verification, Integration, Validation, Testing and Acceptance of all thesubsystems off & on shore Responsible of maintaining the Verification and Test matrix for each design and test phase reviews Leads the verification activities of overall consortium from requirement point of viewPrepare acceptance strategy and plans to define the partial completions and final acceptances of civil workinfrastructures and System Works. Define VTA objectives and processes to all subsystemsIs responsible for the overall management, control, administration and supervision of all VTA related works, services,tasks, activities and actions required to be performed or implemented Leads all interfaces with the third parties, client and authorities related to VTA on behalf of the Consortium. Take decisions and arbitrations in defining the strategy for subsystems and system integration process (compatibility,interoperability, communication protocol, operational scenarios…), by optimizing test programs and by leveraging allintegration test campaigns and test platforms along project execution Pilot, in close relationship with project requirement manager, the validation of contract requirements all along subsystems& system integration process, from FAT’s to final acceptance tests, in order to provide all required evidences for finalcustomer acceptance. Pilot test campaigns on-site, both at subsystem and system level, including the provision of temporary operationprocesses, resources and means. Identify and escalate subsystems / system VTA risks or issues (compliance to applicable standard, conformity to technicalspecification, compatibility with other subsystems…) Act as main contact person for all stakeholders in regard of VTA activities Report on subsystems / system VTA execution Manage VTA Gate Reviews (GR) from Preliminary Gate Review (PGR) till the Final Quality Approval Review (FQA) Accountable for the Integration, Validation and Acceptance of subsystems by the manufacturers Accountable for the Acceptance of civil works, subsystems / system by the customer / operator Estimate and measure the costs of the platform integration & Validation testsWhat do I need to qualify for this job? Graduated from Engineering school - Electrical and mechanical diploma/degree Minimum 10 years working experience on System Engineering Minimum 5 years working experience as VTA Manager Knowledgeable of railway system: electrical power distribution, signaling, communication, Scada and rolling stock system International project experience Rigorous, good organization Resilient, Agile & stress resistance Fluent in English as mandatory Fluent in Hebrew is a plusYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
