Join us as we push the boundaries of technology and innovation, delivering significant value across our portfolio while making a profound impact on the industries we serve.  What you'll do: Desktop Support & End-User AssistanceServe as the first point of contact for IT-related questions and technical support, providing Level 1/2 assistance for macOS (minimal Windows) systems to both remote and onsite usersSupport onboarding and offboarding by setting up laptops, provisioning accounts, managing access, and maintaining asset inventoryInstall, update, and troubleshoot productivity tools (e. g.

, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom) and desktop hardware, printers, peripherals, and mobile devicesIT Security & Endpoint ProtectionMonitor and respond to endpoint security alerts using tools such as CrowdStrike FalconAssist with Zscaler client connector setup, policy compliance, and access troubleshootingSupport patching and compliance efforts to maintain endpoint security standardsEnforce MFA, VPN, and SSO authentication protocols as per company policiesAudio/Visual (A/V) SupportSet up, test, and support conference room A/V systems, webcams, microphones, and cable TVProvide support for collaboration platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex)Troubleshoot A/V issues during live meetings and events, including hybrid meeting coordination and live streaming setupsAI/Automation AwarenessAssist IT teams in supporting AI-based automation tools or LLM-based chat systemsDocument and escalate issues with AI-integrated systems or virtual assistantsSupport training data gathering or labeling tools used in automation environmentsGeneral IT OperationsTrack and manage devices, licenses, and IT inventory; participate in endpoint rollout projects (e.

g. , laptop refreshes, software migrations)Maintain internal documentation, IT knowledge base, SOPs, and asset logsEscalate unresolved technical issues to Tier 3 support or infrastructure teams as neededFollow ITIL-based ticketing workflows (e. g. , Jira) to ensure efficient incident and request managementHelp identify and roll out process improvements across the IT functionRequirements3+ years of experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or junior sysadmin roleFamiliarity with Outlook, Zoom, MDM tools, and common SaaS platformsWorking knowledge of Mac and/or Windows environmentsComfort with basic networking concepts (WiFi, VPNs, firewalls, etc.

)Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, customer-service mindsetWillingness to roll up your sleeves and learn on the jobPreferred, but not required: Experience with identity and access management tools (e. g. , Okta, JumpCloud)Scripting knowledge (e. g. , Bash, PowerShell, or Python)Exposure to endpoint management or asset tracking toolsBenefitsCompensation: The expected annual salary range for this role is $87,000-110,000. A discretionary bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package. Position Location: This position will work out of the TWG office on a hybrid schedule in Santa Monica, CA.
