Job DescriptionTwo Hands (twohandshospitality. com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking a barista to join the team at our restaurant in Williamsburg. Open availability is essential for daytime hours only, especially on weekends. Two Hands Hospitality is a group of community-focused Australian restaurants. Serving breakfast through dinner, we fuel your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee. We are a fast-growing, innovative hospitality group with restaurants in NYC, Austin, Nashville, Denver, and Dallas. At least one year of experience as a barista in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant environmentFull weekend availabilityBartending experience is a plusKnowledge and understanding of a dining program that includes coffee, specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, and varied menu itemsAbility to maintain composure during busy service periods and show initiative in undertaking side work during slower timesReliability and punctualityA friendly, welcoming, and energetic personalityAbility and willingness to learn and work well within a teamGreat work ethic and a passion for serviceA love for hospitalityWE OFFER:
