My role combines creativity, precision, and collaboration as we work with suppliers to develop tailored solutions for our passengers.”Says Marie - Senior Passenger Experience AdvisorAbout The Job And Your TasksAs a Senior Passenger Experience Specialist, your primary responsibility is to follow up with the supplier, during the Design, Production and Implementation phases, ensuring they deliver high-quality solutions that fulfill the contractual agreements.Additionally, you will ensure that the agreed-upon solutions align with parallel projects and integrate seamlessly with other project disciplines, such as engineering, safety management and quality assurance.You will also work with key stakeholders, including DSB's traffic information, commercial, operational, and branding departments, to align solutions with broader organizational goals.Senior Passenger Experience Specialist For Rolling Stock – Position 1You will ensure that the trains meet the highest standards of passenger comfort, quality and functionality.You will have a wide range of responsibilities, including ensuring that DSB's design vision is translated into specific solutions on the interior and exterior of the train, e.g. seats, passenger information solutions, solutions to support passengers with additional needs etc.Senior Passenger Experience Specialist For Infrastructure – Position 2You will ensure that the platforms support a smooth, comfortable and efficient journey for our passengers.You will secure clear and effective information and communication solutions on S-train platforms together with a broad range of Suppliers of systems and products, including i.e. passenger information displays, speakers, surveillance systems, call points, wayfinding and guidance solutions, and solutions to support passengers with additional needs.In this role, you will manage different Supplier's and ensure their solutions fit together.You will contribute to creating a good setup for the transition from mixed operations—where old and new S-trains run simultaneously—to the full implementation of automated trains.Your tasks will includeManage the passenger experience design initiatives over the project’s durationEnsure timely and relevant input to the supplier and follow up on deliveries.Involve relevant stakeholders and user groups where it adds value to the process.We imagine that youYou are a result-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering solutions that create value for customers.
