Assist in the delivery of learning programmes, including support with Maths and English. Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Work closely with teaching staff and support teams to ensure learners reach their full potential. ✅ Essential RequirementsRecent experience in a Further Education (FE) setting. Experience supporting across a range of disabilities. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C/Level 2 or willingness to work towards. Relevant subject specialist qualifications or training (e. g.
Supporting Teaching and Learning Level 2+, CACHE Level 2+, SaLT, Makaton, BSL, Moving and Handling). Strong communication and ICT skills. A positive, empathetic attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. 🌱 DesirableExperience supporting learners with behaviours that challenge. Experience supporting learners in Maths and English. Level 3 Diploma in Education and Training. Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification.
