Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Tokyo with work from home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role includes conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, attending client meetings, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive business growth. This role comes with a basic Salary with high commissions for sales and targets. This role has the potential to convert to 'Head of Japan' within 3 years of On-Target-Performance.
