Location : Gurugram/Ahmedabad/VadodaraJob Responsibilities:Onboarding of new hire candidatesOff boardingResponsible for background check and drug test for all the new hires and initiating checks accurately.Initiating Drug test and making sure consultants take it in a timely manner to avoid any delay in on boarding process.Act as a first point of contact for consultants for all the queries related to payroll, benefits, expenses etc.Act as first point of contact for subcontractors and maintains relationship with existing vendors/clients.Candidate must have:Detail oriented, organized, and thoroughVery good English verbal and written communication skills – must be confident in your ability to communicate with Americans in a professional manner.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent follow-up skillsFriendly, positive, and pro-active attitude
