Job Title: UAT Test Manager – Onsite (Atlanta, GA)📍 Location: 148 Andrew Young International Blvd, Atlanta, GA⏳ Duration: 6 Months (possible extension)💵 Pay Rate: $60.00/hr (W2)🧾 Interview Type: In-Person Only📅 Due Date: 10/23/2025About the Role:We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Manager to join our team and lead user acceptance testing efforts for a critical enterprise-level project. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong expertise in planning, tracking, and reporting UAT progress while managing collaboration between technical and business teams.Note: This position is 100% onsite in Atlanta, GA. Local candidates only.Key Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and track all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.Facilitate daily defect triage meetings and manage issue resolution.Develop test strategies, plans, scenarios, and QA metrics for complex systems.Report UAT progress, risks, and test coverage to stakeholders.Drive and report on interface and integration testing.Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure quality deliverables.Manage and maintain the UAT schedule and ensure on-time completion.Required Skills & Experience:8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.Strong understanding of SDLC and QA best practices.Proficiency in Jira and Xray for test management.5+ years experience testing web applications in AWS.Proven ability to develop test plans, scenarios, and QA reports.Experience running defect triage meetings and managing test execution.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with HP/Mercury Quality Center or ALM preferred.Mainframe programming, scripting, or test automation experience a plus.
