Communication and Business Strategist (M/F)

MissionAs responsible for the Communication of UBP (Europe) you will be responsible for developing and implementing the internal and external communication strategy of the bank in order to strengthen the image and visibility of the bank. As responsible for the Business Strategy you will work closely with the commercial Market Heads to implement and follow up best practices in line with the Group strategy. You will have a functional report to the Group Head of Communications; Elaborate and execute communication strategy in line with the vision, strategy and priorities of UBP (Europe); Coordinate internal and external events; Manage relations with external stakeholders; Collaborate closely with our Group Communication teams. Main duties Business Management Strategist (75% of total duty) : 1. Follow up and implementation on the Wealth Management strategy. Manage and prepare business-related reporting to the CEO and the Management. In partnership with the CEO, analyse, develops and implements current and new business practices across the commercial teams.

Ensures the monitoring, performance and the measurement of business KPI's and drives effective corrections. Organizes and drives strategical meetings with the commercial teams. Identification of innovation trends and business opportunities within the market and formulates effective and innovative ideas and strategies for product development, marketing or business opportunities. In partnership with internal stakeholders, drive change management within the organization by leading business related projects within the entity or in cooperation with UBP Group. Your Profile At least 5-7 years of proven experience in a Private Banking front-office environment with deep knowledge driving business market practices and strategies.

Strong communication skills at all levels with natural talent to foster shared goals. Solid experience leading transversal and strategic projects across the organization. Foster teamwork across an international environment. Strong client-oriented problem-solving mindset with proactive and dynamic execution.
