support day-to-day Operations activities across all desks perform all types of reconciliation and actively review and remediate data own daily, monthly, and quarterly controls and escalate breaks and identified gaps to team manager enhance existing tools and work closely with IT to ensure that all existing reports remain up to date document and regularly maintain Operations policies and procedures for Audit and training purposesYour teamYou’ll be working in the Wealth Management Operations team in Toronto. We are a small, hands-on team of 12 professionals. We drive the organization forward by working with purpose and passion.
