Support the Process Pods in conducting analysis & workshops to understand the current state challenges and pain points across respective processes, platforms, organizations Capture, prioritize and document detailed user requirements as part of the proposed solutions to be deliveredDrive the design and solutioning towards the future target “ATOM Blueprint” and the build out of the roadmap in collaboration with the broader Process Pod and Delivery PodSupport the various user testing and rollout activities as part of each delivery sprints, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and business expectationsMaintain and build ongoing understanding of current and new operational procedures to continue iterating and enhancing the “ATOMised” processCoordinate with other Process Pods and ADO Streams to define and ensure alignment to overall strategic directionMonitoring productions on the day to day, before, during and post migration until end of stabilization periodDefining and execution of preliminary training modulesYour teamYou’ll be working as part of the ATOM initiative, one of the key components of the Digital Transformation portfolio in the F2B Digitalization function.
This function sits in the Global Wealth Management COO in Singapore / Hong Kong.
Your expertiseIdeally 5 to 7 years of experience in managing changes & projects and leading operational processing, preferably in the financial services industry / wealth management businessStrong, working knowledge of financial services operations and related COO functionsStrong risk and control mindset, process oriented with a structured and logical approach to analysis and problem solving whilst bringing a clear digitalization mentality across all changesExcellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, coupled with ability to build networks and partnerships at all levelsStrategic and forward-thinking approach to challenges with strong influencing, negotiation and persuasion skillsSound judgement and attention to detail, with ability to troubleshoot independently, drive multiple changes/projects and effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environmentPassionate and resilient individual with ability to thrive in ambiguity Client service oriented and enjoys working in a team High motivation and positive can-do attitude Effective & clear communication; comfortable in facing different stakeholders at senior levels Adaptable to a dynamic and changing environmentAbout UsUBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
