The RoleWe are seeking a Financial Controller to lead and develop the finance function. This role combines strategic input with operational responsibility, giving you the opportunity to work closely with directors to shape the financial future of the business while maintaining robust day-to-day controls.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the budgeting processProduce monthly management accounts and cashflow forecastsDevelop short- and long-term financial forecasts to support growth plansOversee VAT, tax, and banking requirementsMonitor and control costs, identifying variances and trendsMaintain strong financial systems, processes, and internal controlsPrepare financial reports and attend management/shareholder meetingsRequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior finance roleQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBEStrong background in SMEs, ideally owner-managed businessesAdvanced Excel and financial software skillsHands-on, commercially focused, and highly organisedBenefitsSalary:
