You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and senior stakeholders, delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience while managing a range of administrative, coordination and support tasks behind the scenes. This is more than a reception role — it's a central, high-impact position that requires professionalism, initiative and discretion in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and staffManage all incoming calls and enquiries with efficiency and courtesyCoordinate meeting rooms, including AV setup, catering, and room turnaroundsPrepare the reception and shared spaces daily to ensure a premium environmentHandle incoming and outgoing post, packages and courier requestsLiaise with facilities, IT, and external suppliers to resolve office issues smoothlyManage office supplies and place regular orders for refreshments and consumablesMaintain visitor records and security procedures, including issuing passes and overseeing sign-in protocolsProvide administrative support for staff and leadership where requiredSupport internal events, team meetings, and hospitality needs as neededRequirementsPrior experience in a high-end corporate receptionist, front-of-house or client-facing admin roleExceptional communication and interpersonal skills — written, verbal, and face-to-faceImmaculate personal presentation and a calm, confident mannerStrong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectivelyHighly reliable, proactive, and solution-orientedCompetent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with booking systems or switchboardsComfortable working independently while supporting a wider office teamBenefitsCompetitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 depending on experience22 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus 1 day birthday leave and 1 day charity work leavePension scheme Private healthcare following completion of probationCycle to work schemeStaff refreshments provided dailyTravel allowance £250 per monthTeam lunches and occasional social eventsOpportunity to grow within a professional, values-driven organisationIND25
