About The Company And RoleOur client is a trusted supplier of medical products to NHS trusts, private healthcare providers, and government bodies across the UK. Known for their commitment to quality and compliance, they are now looking for a proactive individual who can assist with the preparation and submission of tenders and frameworks. As Bids and Tender Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Bid Manager and other departments to ensure accurate, compelling submissions are delivered on time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, is highly organised, and wants to develop a career in bids, tenders, and contracts.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation and submission of tender responses and supporting documentsMaintain an up-to-date tracker of tender deadlines and compliance requirementsGather information and input from internal teams to compile responsesHelp develop and maintain a library of standard answers and templatesEnsure all documents meet required standards and deadlinesSupport ongoing improvements to bid processes and documentationRequirementsStrong written communication skills and attention to detailExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Previous experience in a similar role, or a background in administration/marketing/project coordination, is beneficial but not essentialA keen interest in developing a career in bid writing and tender management(Experience with NHS tenders is advantageous but full training will be provided.
