Job DescriptionJob Responsbilities: Perform and support specific biomedical equipment maintenance activities at hospital premises under his responsibilities including testing and commissioning, warranty management, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, asset decommission, advisory services, user training, vendor management, parts delivery to comply with the hospital support service’s contract agreement and safety requirement. Ensure all activities comply with Quality, Safety, Health and environment activities (Quality Assurance Program, Risk Management, Hazard Alert and Recall, Handling Hazardous Equipment) as per contract agreement. Drive service compliance such as ISO 13485: 2016, ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14971: 2018, ISO 14001: 2015, OHSAS 18001: 2007and 6S audit to achieve company’s strategy and corporate score card.
Implement cost saving activities to achieve company financial annual target. Ensure Deduction Formula and Penalty for related equipment does not exceed company’s target by performing activities such as repair of equipment less than seven (7) working days including communication with vendors, work order response less than 15 minutes (emergency) and 2 hours (normal call), planned preventive maintenance completed before target date, ensure equipment are functioning and maintained as per specified uptime target and testing and commissioning and warranty management completed as per schedule according to contract. Provide on job training to technical personnel to build up staff’s competency level.
Produce reports related to specific biomedical equipment (Engineering Operation Data, Condition Appraisal, Technical Report) using ASIS in line with contract’s agreement. Drive state holder management (external -Contractor Performance Assessment and Customer Satisfaction Survey, internal – headquarters, vendor etc. ) effectively by providing excellent services to maintain good relationship and achieve high customer satisfaction level as per Key Performance Indicator (KPI) set by Company and Ministry of Health. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field. At least 2 years of experience in environmental management.
