Job Overview JOB DESCRIPTION To carry out Asset Inspection activities along the dedicated Section of the North South Expressway based on Master Inspection Program (MIP) and managing the Asset Inspection data for technical evaluation. Responsibilities: Conduct periodic inspections of bridges, drainage, and slopes along assigned expressway sections per the Master Inspection Program. Assist in planning weekly inspections, execute on-foot assessments, document findings, and update asset status reports. Oversee work order implementation, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Review and approve work programs, method statements, test results, and final accounts for contract compliance.
Support site assessments and reporting for NOD, third-party works, and MHA as required. Respond to emergencies, conduct damage assessments, and submit incident reports within deadlines. Address client, authority, and stakeholder requests, and complete ad-hoc tasks from the Region Engineer. Report routine maintenance needs to PLUS Section based on inspection observations. Enforce QSHE compliance in all tasks to meet quality, safety, and environmental targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in geotechnical inspections (slopes, bridges, drainage) for highways/expressways. Proficient in slope stability analysis, soil mechanics, and infrastructure defect assessment.
