UI Designer - Internal ToolsJoin a leading global tech-driven investment firm as a UI Designer, where you'll shape intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for internal applications used by researchers, developers, and operations teams. Your work will directly improve usability and efficiency across critical tools.What you'll do:Review and enhance UI designs, promoting best practices and consistency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn user needs into elegant solutions.Design clean, modern interfaces using tools like Figma.Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation.Maintain and evolve a scalable design system.Stay ahead of UI trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.What we're looking for:Degree in Design, HCI, or similar.Strong UI design experience with a polished portfolio.Advanced Figma skills and familiarity with design systems.Analytical mindset and ability to interpret user feedback.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Usability testing experience; basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a plus.If you're passionate about creating intuitive designs that make complex tools simple, we'd love to hear from you.
