Sheer is hiring a Designer to help shape the future of Influencer Marketing.We are looking for a designer who loves turning complex systems into simple, beautiful interfaces. Someone who thrives in the intersection of product, design, and storytelling.We’re continuously interviewing and expect to onboard new hires starting December 2025.About The JobYou will be joining a small, ambitious team building the Sheer Influencer Marketing Platform, which helps brands and agencies collaborate with creators, manage campaigns, and measure results in real time.You’ll work closely with our CTO and product team to:Own the end-to-end design process. From concept to production-ready designsDesign intuitive interfaces across dashboards, analytics, and creative workflowsShape and expand our internal design system and overall product aestheticCollaborate with developers to bring your designs to life in a modern Rails stackContribute to Sheer’s visual identity and storytelling across marketing and productWe care about clarity, craft, and that sense of "this feels right" when design and functionality click.About YouYou might be a great fit if you:Have strong experience designing web apps or SaaS productsCan translate complex user journeys into clean, elegant flows and interfacesHave a good sense of hierarchy, typography, and interaction designEnjoy collaborating closely with developers, customers and product team.Are comfortable working in Figma and contributing to a design systemCare deeply about the details.
