And we’re looking for the freshest minds excited to create the recipe for change.Your new role and environment.As a junior UX/UI Designer you will contribute to our digital team’s efforts in crafting intuitive, engaging, and accessible omni-channel user experiences across a diverse range of digital platforms supporting our 5 BeCSE brands. This role involves close collaboration not only with fellow Designers but also with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Developers within Agile teams to deliver user-centered solutions across mobile applications, websites, and other digital touchpoints.Key responsibilities of your role. Design high-quality, user-centered experiences for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms supporting our great local brands.Translate user needs, business goals, and technical requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final visual designs.Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams including Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders.Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design across all digital experiences.Conduct or support usability testing, research, and analysis to inform and validate design decisions.Work with a design system and component libraries.Continuously iterate and improve experiences based on data, feedback, and performance insights.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX, UI, and digital product design.What’s in it for you?We ask a lot. At AD01 we welcome everyone, just the way you are, and encourage individual growth with valuable opportunities and a worldwide across-brand network.Requirements.We think you’ll be best geared for success if you can meet the following requirements:1–3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing design work for web and/or mobile platforms.Familiarity with modern design tools, especially Figma.Basic understanding of UX principles, visual design, and interaction design, with a willingness to grow in areas like information architecture.Exposure to design systems or component libraries, or eager to learn how to work within them.Awareness of accessibility basics (e.g., WCAG) and a desire to design with inclusivity in mind.Enthusiastic about working in Agile product teams alongside developers, product managers, and stakeholders.Able to translate requirements and user feedback into wireframes, prototypes, or high-fidelity designs, with guidance if needed.Strong communication and collaboration skills; knowledge on how to present and explain design decisions.Open to feedback and iterative improvement, using insights from data, testing, and peer input.Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage tasks and priorities on multiple projects with support.It goes without saying that so-called ‘soft skills’ are just as important as their ‘hard’ cousins.
