UI/UX Designer

We continue to advance the state of the art and are searching for passionate UX designer to build the next generation collaboration platform.We're looking for forward-thinkers who can help our design team bring their ideas to life - people who walk, talk, eat, sleep, and dream UX design. You will closely collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation and be responsible for crafting modern, intuitive, and responsive products that are a joy to use, spanning different platforms including the web, iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and other emerging technologies. If you have what it takes, we'd like to have you on our team!ResponsibilitiesDesign user interfaces with good user experience for all platforms including web, desktop and mobile applications (iOS and Android)Present multiple design options, collect feedback from stakeholders, and quickly turn around new designsSet and maintain visual design styles and standardsCollaborate with other talented designers and engineers but should be able to work independentlyEnsure a seamless and polished user experience from conceptualization to final implementationConduct Usability/User Experience (UX) testingQualifications2-5 years of experience in designing customer-facing websites, desktop, and mobile applicationsGood understanding of the UX processStrong portfolio of user interface design work that demonstrates good UXDemonstrate fluency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, or other design toolsExtensive experience creating prototypes like wireframes and mockupsExcellent collaborative and brainstorming skillsAbility to deliver high quality work on tight schedulesAttention to detailInterested applicants are required to submit their portfolios together with their resume.
