You’ll turn business goals and user needs into intuitive, high-quality digital experiences, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams.This role plays a key part in shaping how users interact with our products, ensuring every design decision delivers clarity, consistency, and real impact.Working location: Hybrid (Hanoi Office) I - Your ResponsibilitiesCore ResponsibilitiesDesign user interfaces to deliver seamless digital experiences: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to ensure usability and visual consistency across all product platforms.Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions: Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback to validate hypotheses and optimize user journeys.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into design solutions: Work with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.Maintain and evolve the design system: Ensure components, typography, and color schemes are standardized and reusable for design scalability.Deliver design specifications and assets to the development team: Provide accurate handoff and support implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution.AdditionalSupport marketing and brand design requests: Assist in creating visuals for landing pages, campaigns, or other marketing materials as needed.Contribute to product strategy discussions: Provide design input on roadmap planning and feature prioritization.What You BringYou have at least 2-4 years of experience designing digital products (both web and mobile), with a strong ability to turn complex ideas into clear and engaging interfaces.You’re proficient in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and can create interactive prototypes that communicate ideas effectively and hand off smoothly to developers.You’ve conducted user research and usability testing, collecting insights to validate design decisions and refine user journeys.You know how to structure information architecture and wireframes clearly, helping users navigate complex data or multi-step processes with ease.You collaborate well with Product Managers and Developers, ensuring designs are practical, aligned, and efficiently implemented.You have sharp attention to detail, maintaining consistency, precision, and visual quality across all design files.You’ve worked with or contributed to a design system, ensuring visual standards can scale across features and products.It’s a plus if:You have experience designing SaaS or data-heavy products, such as dashboards, analytics tools, or enterprise applications.You understand the basics of HTML/CSS, enabling smoother communication with developers and better anticipation of technical constraints.III - What we offerCompetitive salary (based on skills and experience) and benefits package.Hybrid work model - enjoy the flexibility of working remotely and in the office.Be a part of a passionate team building the future of crypto - we're not just colleagues, we're a tribe.A fast-paced environment with exciting challenges and opportunities to learn and grow
