UI/UX Designer

Hi people,Bit Group is hiring!We are open for UI/UX Designer position.Requirements:2-3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer in a tech or digital product environment;Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices, with a keen eye for typography and graphic design;A compelling portfolio that showcases your design process and impactful UI/UX projects in various digital projects;Experienced in designing for diverse industries;Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;Skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe, and other platforms that support designing mobile and web interfaces;Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.Responsibilities :Collaborate with brand, development, design, and account teams to create user-centered content for web and mobile applications;Conducted user research and developed comprehensive UI/UX design strategies aligned with brand goals;Contribute to brainstorming sessions and design discussions to ideate innovative solutions;Ensure that designs adhere to accessibility standards and industry best practices;Produce and test high-quality design solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs;Work closely with the UI/UX team to identify visual and experiential gaps and propose improvements;Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices in UI/UX.If you’re interested, please send your cv via email to hrd@bitgroup.co.idSubject : Hiring - UI/UXD - NameThank you!
