UI/UX Designer

Job Summary: CareerBoosts, a technology startup working at the intersection of social sciences and advanced technologies, is seeking a full-time UI/UX Designer. CareerBoosts supports public and private companies across the Middle East region to modernize their workforce and embrace digital transformation through competency assessment and targeted upskilling. We are looking for a creative and talented UI/UX Designer with 2+ of experience in designing web-based and mobile apps. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs (UCD) that provide intuitive, efficient, and delightful user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to design and deliver high-quality designs for our products. Key Responsibilities: ·       Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs, goals, and behaviors through user research and data analysis. ·       Create user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. ·       Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web-based and mobile applications ·       Present and ensure successful review of the design.·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the user experience is consistent across all touchpoints. ·       Conduct frequent review of the implementation of the design to ensure both compliance and quality.·       Conduct usability testing and user research to continuously improve designs and user experiences. ·       Collaborate with the developers to ensure timely resolution of any design non-compliance in both web and mobile.·       Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. ·       Work collaboratively with the development team to ensure that the designs are implemented accurately and on time. ·       Communicate design solutions effectively through presentations, mock-ups, and prototypes. ·       Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in all designs. Requirements (MUST HAVE) :·       Highly motivated with high positive attitude.·       High detail orientation capability.·       High level of creativity and inspiration.·       Professional English proficiency. ·       Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD ·       Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. ·       A strong portfolio showcasing high achievement.·       Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout. ·       Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices ·       Experience conducting user research and usability testing. ·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote team environment. ·       High level of initiative and ownership.
