UI/UX Designer

We are an IT company in Indonesia that provides planning, development, and management services for small to large scale applications and systems. By mastering various platform development tools, especially those that use open source technology, both web and mobile-based.We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team with the details belowResponsibilities-Design web & mobile interfaces for ditribution management system (attendance, visit flow, order entry, route plan).-Create user flows for field activities (check-in, visit tracking, effective call, order completion).-Develop dashboards for sales monitoring, coverage, and productivity.-Ensure consistency through design systems and reusable components.-Collaborate with analysts and developers for UAT iterations and improvements.Requirements-2+ years experience as UI/UX Designer.-Strong portfolio with workflow-heavy or enterprise apps.-Proficient in Figma and understanding of design systems.-Experience designing dashboards, tracking screens, forms, or data-heavy layouts.-Familiarity of FMCG, distribution, or SFA user behavior is a strong plus.-Willing to join immediately-Willing to work with 2 months project based hybrid in South Jakarta
