As proven leaders in this space, we deliver partnerships that help our clients maximize their investments in digital transformation.As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital deliverables for global brands such as Dell, Rolex, HSBC, Microsoft etc. You will be closely working with the Project Managers and provide high-standard solutions that include designing interactive UI, landing pages, e-Commerce application screens and digital campaign materials such as HTML5 banners and EDMs.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Design interactive layouts, prototypes, and user interfaces that transform creative concepts into engaging digital experiences aligned with project goals and brand guidelines.Build comprehensive design systems including style guides, UI components, and interaction patterns to ensure consistency and scalability across digital products.Create high-quality marketing materials including HTML5 banners, landing pages, and EDMs with strong focus on user experience and visual impact.Develop interactive prototypes and user flows that communicate design intent and demonstrate website/application functionality and user journeys.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, copywriters, project managers) to deliver pixel-perfect designs meeting creative and technical requirements.Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail, time management, and deadline adherence in fast-paced environments.Stay current with industry trends and UX best practices to continuously improve design quality, accessibility, and performance across digital touchpoints.WHAT YOU’LL NEED:Minimum 4 years in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing user-centered, visually refined, and functional solutions.Deep understanding of modern design principles, UX methodologies, and UI trends, with strong command of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Motion design tool experience (After Effects, Principle, Lottie or similar) will be highly valued.Hands-on experience creating original visual assets (icons, illustrations, imagery) that enhance UX and align with brand identity.Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to collaborate with developers and ensure design feasibility.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex ideas into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.Detail-oriented and adaptable, staying current with emerging design systems, frameworks, and interaction trends.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a solution-driven attitude and flexibility across projects and time zones.Comfortable and flexible working across different shifts as needed.Hogarth ValuesHeart and Soul: We love what we do.
