UI/UX Designer

Media Balans is a leading 360° creative agency based in Baku, delivering integrated branding, digital, and marketing solutions for top local and international brands. We are expanding our design team and looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong sense of aesthetics, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn ideas into intuitive digital experiences.What You’ll Do:Design engaging, user-centered interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.Conduct UX research, create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and creative directors to ensure seamless execution.Maintain design consistency across projects in line with client brand guidelines.Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring innovative, human-centered design ideas.Continuously improve design quality based on usability feedback and analytics.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience (2+ years) in UI/UX design within an agency or tech environment.Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile interface designs.Proficiency in English (written and spoken) – international collaboration is part of our daily workflow.Excellent command of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator (motion skills are a plus).Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or collaboration experience with front-end developers.Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.Ability to adapt quickly, stay curious, and think creatively under deadlines.Nice to Have:Motion design or micro-interaction experience.Understanding of product thinking and design systems.Familiarity with usability testing tools.Interest in emerging technologies like AI-driven design or AR/VR interfaces.What We Offer:Work with top-tier local and international brandsCreative and collaborative work environment in our office.Opportunity to grow across international projects.Competitive salary based on experience.Career development support and access to training resources.Ready to join us?
