UI/UX Designer

Position Title: UI/UX DesignerJob Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative UI/UX Designer who can independently deliver high-quality user interface and user experience designs. This role will focus on creating intuitive, visually appealing, and conversion-driven digital experiences across web, app, and marketing platforms, ensuring a seamless balance between functionality and aesthetics.Responsibilities: • Design and refine user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and internal systems based on product goals and user behavior • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity layouts aligned with brand guidelines and design systems • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver user-centered solutions • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify insights and improve design decisions • Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency across platforms • Ensure responsive and platform-specific design standards for Web, iOS, and Android environments • Present design concepts and user journey solutions to internal stakeholdersRequirements: • Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch; familiarity with motion design tools such as After Effects is a plus • Strong understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and responsive layouts • Knowledge of web and mobile UI trends, usability principles, and accessibility standards • Experience in fintech, crypto, or trading platform design is highly preferred • Ability to work independently from concept to final delivery, with excellent attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional environment • Preferably a bilingual Chinese designer fluent in both Mandarin and EnglishWork Location: Remote or based in Malaysia/Dubai preferredPlease attach your portfolio or Behance link when applying.
