We are growing fast and have many ideas to design and test. We need a designer who can understand our users, make their work easier, and turn difficult problems into clear designs. You will help us move faster and improve the product every day.What you’ll do (first 90–180 days)Lead end-to-end product design for a major workflow: research → concept → prototypes → polished UI.Run lean discovery: customer calls, field shadowing, and scrappy tests to validate direction.Translate complexity into clear information architecture, interaction patterns, and states.Create design systems (tokens, components, guidelines) that scale with speed and quality.Partner tightly with PM/Eng to scope MVPs, make smart tradeoffs, and instrument outcomes.Ship. Learn. Iterate.
