Design plays a central role in how users interact with our technology — from public-facing websites to complex operational portals.We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can elevate the visual language and usability of our marketing sites, customer portals, and internal tools. This role blends marketing design, product design, and accessibility-first UX thinking — all within a fast-paced product environment.What You Will DoMarketing Websites & Landing PagesDesign engaging, conversion-oriented pages for Webflow and WordPress.Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visuals for landing pages, funnels, and microsites.Ensure all designs follow WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards (contrast, hierarchy, alt-text guidance, keyboard flow).Collaborate closely with Web Developers for pixel-perfect and responsive implementation.Conceptualize animations, interactions, and micro-interactions suitable for Webflow builds.Product UI/UXSupport design for customer portals, dashboards, internal tools, and workflow-heavy interfaces.Build user flows, functional prototypes, interaction patterns, and production-ready UI screens.Design data-heavy components (forms, tables, scheduling views, admin panels) with clarity and usability in mind.Conduct UX reviews and propose improvements using heuristics and accessibility guidelines.Design System & Brand ConsistencyContribute to design system: components, typography, grids, colors, and iconography.Maintain reusable Figma libraries to ensure consistent execution across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.Ensure alignment across Web, Mobile, and Marketing assets.Collaboration & DeliveryWork hand-in-hand with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams.Translate requirements into user-centered designs that are efficient to build and easy to maintain.Iterate quickly based on feedback, analytics, and internal input.Ensure clean handoff to developers with clear specs, assets, and responsive behavior guidelines.What We’re Looking ForRequired3–6+ years of UI/UX experience designing for Web and SaaS.Strong portfolio showcasing marketing site design + product interface design.Expert-level Figma skills (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping).Strong grasp of typography, layout, color, and design principles.Experience designing responsive interfaces across desktop and mobile.Understanding of WCAG/ADA accessibility best practices.Experience handing off production-ready designs to developers.Familiarity with Webflow constraints for efficient implementation.PreferredExperience designing dashboards, portals, workflow-driven or data-heavy interfaces.Experience in transportation, healthcare, or compliance-driven industries.Familiarity with WordPress structures and design limitations.Basic HTML/CSS understanding for dev collaboration.Experience with UX research, usability testing, or analytics-driven iteration.Experience designing iOS/Android mobile app interfaces.Soft SkillsClear communication — written, verbal, and visual.High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.Comfortable working fast in a high-growth environment.Receptive to feedback and able to iterate quickly.Self-driven, able to own the design process end-to-end.What We Offer💰 Competitive compensation based on skills and impact📄 B2B or Employment contract🏙️ Work model: On-site/Hybrid Iasi, Romania🗓️ Flexible schedule: 9–6, 10–7, or 11–8🏢 Modern offices and a fully in-house engineering environment🚄 Work on high-impact, mission-critical product ecosystems🚀 Growth opportunities, ownership areas, cross-team collaboration🤖 Access to Claude Opus 4.1 and Codex GPT-5 for AI-assisted design workflowsJoin us in shaping how next-generation transportation technology looks, feels, and functions.
