JOB SUMMARY - (Innovation and Experience Design)Responsible for providing support in ensuring that project objectives for the Experience Design practice are met. A Senior Associate is expected to provide guidance and supervision to their designated staff during a project.GENERIC CAPABILITIES:Analyze issues by performing root cause analysis and creative thinkingLearn new technologies, and industry trendsStudy the client’s systems and its functionalities to design the to-be process and identify improvement pointsAssist in the achievement of project objectives and work closely with the manager to ensure outcomes consistently meet or surpass client expectations. Develop a comprehensive understanding of leading industry standards and best practices, applying them as benchmarks for successful client engagements.Demonstrate expertise in designing personas and customer journey maps to inform business strategies across all client engagements.Conduct experience-led business process analyses under the oversight of the Manager, identifying areas that could benefit from improvement or optimizationCOMPETENCY REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, Marketing or Economics, Business Management or AdministrationRelevant Experience Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience related to any of the following:Consulting servicesCustomer experience management-related role (e.g., customer experience design, customer journey mapping, etc.)TransformationInnovationSales StrategyMarketing StrategyBusiness Process ManagementUI/UX DesignProject ManagementCompetenciesApply design thinking principles and UI/UX skills holistically to develop innovative and strategic solutions for client projects.Provide support in managing engagements and clientsMaintain a well-balanced work between team and ManagerAssist in the execution of projects according to the defined approach and methodology with guidance from ManagersProvide support in gathering data, conducting discovery sessions and/or workshops with clients to understand the customer or user journey, and processes through interviews and walkthroughs with the client counterpartsWork with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes and risksSupport Managers in business development activities (i.e., attend meetings with clients together with the Manager to understand their needs and provide relevant insights and solutions, draft proposals in line with clients’ needs)Conduct research and collection of relevant information and knowledge from internal resources to provide value-adding recommendations to clientsReview output of the team to ensure quality output and provide guidance to staffMonitor staff ‘s developmentComply with the mandatory learnings and attend trainings, including pro-active self-registrationAnalyze the client’s business processes, perform gap analysis and outline business process improvements• Participate in business process improvement reviews and develop optimization strategies• Use standards, best practices, business process tools and techniques to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management initiativesKnowledge and Skills RequirementsAble to work effectively and efficiently in a teamAble to meet tight deadlines and project timeline and is open to working beyond office hoursFlexible and is willing to work in client sites within or beyond Metro Manila and is open for secondment in other EY officesHas good attitude towards work and has strong desire to learnAble to organize project activities and schedules in line with the approach and methodologyAble to understand business problems, identify needs and respond through innovative and practical solutionsHas wide knowledge on business processes related to order-to-cash and purchase-to-payStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong leadership skills and has the ability to take initiativeKnowledge of BPMN and process analysisKnowledge of Agile framework, scrum methodology and tools (e.g., JIRA)Knowledge on design thinkingUnderstands and is capable of performing Data AnalyticsProficient in Excel and PowerPoint
