Job descriptionWe’re looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered experiences for SmallWorld. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and the creative team to design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final interface designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end user experiences for SmallWorld’s mobile and web platforms.Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand identity.Collaborate with developers to ensure design consistency and functionality.Analyze user behavior and feedback to continually improve UX design.Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide.Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices—especially in the social media space.Qualifications2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or product designer (experience in social or community apps is a plus).Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final outcomes.Bonus PointsExperience designing for social media, networking, or communication platforms.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React Native) to better collaborate with engineers.Experience with motion graphics or micro-interactions.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance bonuses.Flexible work environment.Opportunities for growth and creative ownership.Collaborative, mission-driven team culture.The chance to shape the future of social connection through design.
