UI/UX & Frontend Developer (React.js)

Position OverviewWe are looking for a talentedUI/UX & Frontend Developerwith strong skillsin React.js to design intuitive user experiences and build high-quality frontend interfaces. The ideal candidate has a strong senseof design, solid frontend development experience, and the ability to convert ideas into pixel-perfect, high-performance web applications.Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX DesignConduct user research, gather requirements, and translate them into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces with strongattention to detail.Create and maintaindesign systems, componentlibraries, and style guides.Collaborate with productteams to improveusability and overalluser experience.Perform usability testingand iterate designs based on feedback.Frontend Development (React.js)Develop responsive, high-quality UI in React.js, using industry best practices.Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, reusablecomponents.Implement state management (Redux, API, etc.).Integrate REST APIs or GraphQL and ensure smooth data flow.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Required Skills & Qualifications1-2 years of experience in UI/UX and frontend development.Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5,CSS3.Experience with TailwindCSS, Material UI, or similarframeworks.Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.Familiarity with versioncontrol systems (Git/GitHub).Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-browser compatibility.Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and basic backend communication.Ability to convert designs into functional components with accuracy.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
