ILLUSTRATOR – Education App | NigeriaLocation: Nigeria.Job type: Full-timeABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a creative Educational Illustrator to join our team. You will create engaging and child-friendly illustrations for lessons (Grades 1–6 and secondary schools) based on Nigerian school curriculum and textbooks. Your work will transform abstract math concepts into clear, fun, and relatable visuals for students.RESPONSIBILITIES1. Illustrate math concepts, examples, and exercises for Grades 1–6 and Secondary schools based on Nigerian curriculum (UBE, Primary and Secondary textbooks).2. Create child-friendly, simple, and consistent illustrations aligned with our app’s style.3. Localize content with Nigerian cultural and daily-life contexts (e.g., market, transport, school, family).4. Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to ensure illustrations meet learning objectives.5. Deliver high-quality digital illustration assets optimized for mobile and tablet use.REQUIREMENTS 1. Strong illustration and digital drawing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, or similar).2. Ability to simplify abstract ideas into clear visuals for children.Familiarity with Nigerian education context and primary and secondary curriculum. 3. Understanding of child psychology, education, or previous experience in children’s books, textbooks, or educational apps is a plus.4. Strong communication and collaboration skills.NICE TO HAVE1.
