Redels is hiring a UX/UI professional to join our Product Team.We want our customers to get the most out of our platform, making it easier for them to stay secure and compliant. But the greatest product is just a nice to have if it isn’t intuitively designed.Requirements:4+ years of experience in both UI and UX design working at a tech company as part of a teamExperience in using industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and InVisionExperience in designing B2B web applications for SaaS companiesAble to work independently and to collaborate with teams of local and remote SW Engineers and Product ManagersResponsibilities:Lead the UI/UX aspects of the product (web application) alongside the Product Managers, end to end, from conceptualization to release, incorporating users' feedback and following the concepts of simplicity and information at-a-glance.Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups following UX best practices.Creating style guides, design systems, original graphic designs (e.g., sketches).Collaborating with product managers to translate business requirements and user insights into rapid prototypes to illustrate and further validate concepts. Working closely with the SW/QA engineering teams, both locally and remotely.Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance the user experience.
