You’ll dive deep into the world of AI Application and Fintech, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, visually stunning, and business-driven designs.The Impact You’ll MakeOwn the Design Process: From understanding business needs and crafting design strategies to delivering pixel-perfect designs and ensuring seamless development implementation, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end design process.Drive Business Impact: Leverage your strong business acumen to create multi-dimensional design solutions that align with business goals and drive growth.Solve Problems Creatively: Proactively identify pain points, propose innovative solutions, and continuously optimize the product experience to elevate design quality and product appeal.Contribute to the growth of our design system, helping to create, document, and maintain scalable and consistent components.Support the team in creating high-quality UI, iterating on design solutions to ensure a polished and seamless user experience.Work closely with the team to streamline handoff workflows with developers, ensuring designs are well-structured and easy to implement.Who You AreExperience: More than 5 years of UI/UX design experience in the internet industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.Design Excellence: Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with a high standard for aesthetics and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.Product Thinking: A deep understanding of product design principles, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and drive projects to successful completion.Trend Awareness: A keen eye for design trends and the ability to translate them into high-quality visual solutions tailored to business needs.Global Perspective: Experience working on global products, with an open mindset, curiosity, and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and trends.Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills, fluency in English (written and spoken), and a proactive, learning-driven attitude.
