The environment is regulated with complex pay and scheduling needs, multiple vendors, and a strong focus on governance, data quality, and measurable value within year one.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end to end UKG Pro WFM program roadmap from discovery to hypercareManage scope, milestones, budget, resources, and risk with clear RAID controlOversee system configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, and deploymentServe as primary point of contact across business, IT, UKG, and SI vendorsLead and coach project team members, align workstreams, and resolve blockersDefine stakeholder communications and provide regular executive updatesEnsure compliance across time tracking, scheduling, and labor rulesQualifications8 to 15 years delivering large scale HR or WFM transformation programsProven leadership across multi country UKG Pro WFM implementationsStrong program governance, financials, and vendor managementHands on oversight of data, integrations, testing, and change managementExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder managementEducationBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HRIS, Business, or related field preferredCertificationsUKG Pro WFM or UKG Pro Integration certifications preferredPMP, Prince2, or Agile delivery credentials are a plusNice to haveExperience coordinating UKG with third party vendors and complex union or compliance scenariosStrong analytical and problem solving skills with a track record of cross functional collaborationHow to applySend your resume and a brief summary covering number of UKG Pro WFM programs led, countries and business units supported, budget size, team size, modules and workstreams overseen, and integration landscape owned
